In the section entitled "Mummerey" (pi2r-C2r) are depicted horsemen and others in a variety of costumes (Jupiter, a Moor, Summer, etc.).</dc:description><dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The double-page plate of a tournament following N4 is signed IA and dated 1564. The tailpiece that occurs on H4v, N4v, a4v, Rr6r, and Ss4v is by Amman (O'Dell, Jost Ammans Buchschmuck, e1), as is Feyerabend's device with Fame at the colophon (O'Dell, f20). There are a number of block cutters' initials: FV with small knife, LF, MB, MB with small knife, MF with small knife. Decorated gothic initials, but the R is provided by Amman's historiated roman initial depicting Ruth (O'dell, c45).
